Larry Comer

Larry Comer is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate professional with a diverse background spanning construction, automotive sales, finance, and mortgage brokering. Born and raised in Wheeling West Virginia, Larry developed a strong work ethic and hands-on business mindset early in life. Larry began his career in construction, gaining practical knowledge of building, property structure, and project execution – experience that continues to inform his approach to real estate today. Larry's been a private landlord with multiple properties and property manager for over 15 years. Larry has spent over 20 years in the automotive industry, where he progressed from sales to finance management, then onto sales management and ultimately becoming a general partner operating a full line - service new and pre-owned dealership. This chapter of his career sharpened his skills in negotiation, customer service and financial strategy.

In addition to his automotive success, he also owned and operated a mortgage brokerage company in West Virginia for four years, giving him in-depth insight into lending, underwriting, and the financial side of real estate transactions. Over the past six years Larry has also owned and operated a swimming pool construction company, further expanding his experience in property improvement, maintenance and business operations. For the past decade Larry has been based in Englewood, Florida, where he continues to apply his broad expertise to real estate investments and development. His unique combination of construction knowledge, financing experience, and long term business ownership allows him to evaluate opportunities with a practical, results driven perspective and deliver lasting value.
