  Finding a Realtor isn't difficult, but finding a committed, experienced and GOOD one is! Austin and the team at Lasbury Tracy helped us find just the right spot…. Then a few years later when our circumstances changed, helped us sell. Austin was there to negotiate some concerns and made the whole process easy for us. He helped us stay calm over issues that arose about the septic and all worked out well. Don't let his cool demeanor fool you—-he is who you want in your corner!

  Bart Tracy is by far the best realtor I have ever met. Knowledge of the area is historical and accurate. He knows more of the area and will find you the best deal available. You would be treated in the most experienced and supportive agent in FL.
