The Rotonda
The Rotonda is a planned development, not a single neighborhood. At its center is Rotonda West — the circle you can see from the air — divided into seven wedge-shaped sections with their own golf courses and canals, under the deed-restricted Rotonda West Association. Around it sit the wider Rotonda plats: Rotonda Lakes, Heights and Shores, and the Placida-addressed Meadows, Sands and Villas, each with its own lots, rules and price range. Compare section against section rather than one average across all of them.

Which part of The Rotonda?
Each section has its own lots, its own rules and its own price band. Compare them against each other rather than against one average across The Rotonda — that average describes no home anyone can buy.
